When Signing Up for a Meeting
Rooftop Analytics records the data that you fill in the page under 'Meet Us'. It allows us to contact you as well as note where you were on our website when you decided to contact us. We store data while we are in continuous contact around meetings and other activities. We use our mail system Outlook when we follow up on inquiries and further dialogue, or telephone if you enter your telephone number. You can contact us at any time at mail@rooftop-analytics.com and request deletion from our directory. This happens within 48 hours.
When Signing Up for Newsletters
Rooftop Analytics records the data that you fill in the page under 'Newsletter'. It allows us to send you our newsletter as well as note where you were on our website when you decided to receive the newsletter. We keep data as long as we issue newsletters or the retention period expires specified by law. You can unsubscribe our newsletter at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' in the bottom of our newsletter. You will then be automatically deleted from our directory.
General Provisions
Collection and Storage of Data
Data is collected on our website www.rooftop-analytics.com through your voluntary registration. We use Mailchimp to store registered data, which guarantees that their technical platform complies with the GDPR.
Sharing of Data
We do not share your contact information with others.
We do not transfer data between service or IT providers or alike.
Your Rights
You can - unconditionally and at any time - withdraw any consent. This can be done by emailing us (see email below). Withdrawing your consent will have no adverse effect. However, this may mean that we cannot meet specific requests from you in the future. Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of the treatment on the basis of consent before withdrawal. Furthermore, it will not affect any treatment performed on other legal basis.
